All good with this location excellent customer service
ROBERT EWe needed a U-haul in a pinch because another location did not ensure our U-Haul we set aside was returned on time nor did they provide a back up. This location had something we could work and we didn’t give them time to clean out the back which is on us.
Lauren STruck had not been driven in awhile, as I needed to spend a bit of time clearing ice and snow off the front windshield. Window Washer Fluid did not worked until Tuesday (I added a jug to top it up). Weather was extremely cold, so I assume to line was frozen. Back Brake Lights were intermittent ... maybe due to cold as well. There was a indicator light that was on, that nobody know what it meant. The guys at 265 Rue Principale were helpful and friendly ... as much as they could.
