The trailer rented had a defective latch and cannot on the highway. After contacting customer support it took three hours to get another trailer approved. Very disappointed with the quality of the rented trailer and the time it took customer service to resolve the situation.
RYAN FThe lady working there was 20 minutes late, thus causing me to be late. She could barely open her mouth to speak. Her pants were around her ankles. She wrote the VIN number on a scratch piece of paper and pointed to where the trailer was for me to load it, and I’ll let her know that that was her job to load it. She never checked the lights or the brakes and I was so frustrated. I didn’t care. I just drove away.
BENNY JIt was nice to get a personal phone call letting us know how to return the equipment since they are closed on Sundays.
