The U-Haul for this location had a 15 foot vehicle. This vehicle continued to overheat so we returned it four hours early because we were concerned about the vehicle seizing up or catching on fire. I provided this as a concern and received a $30 refund only. Essentially I was able to use the vehicle for two hours out of the six hours that I got to use it which is less than half and I received a refund that was less than half of what we paid. I will not be doing business at this location again. As a result of this experience, I will look to use a different moving vehicle in the future for our needs. This is unfortunate as we always had a positive opinion of U-Haul, however, this is no longer the case.
