When I got there, there was no key or a lockbox in sight. Thankfully, there was a man there that could get me the key. I wanted to pick it up early because the movers were coming at 9 AM. So disaster was averted.

Truck wasn’t present and some random mechanic (no U-Haul staff was present). App wouldn’t let me check out and the U-Haul app support was slow and shitty. Was a total shit show trying to get the truck. The poor mechanic guy there who doesn’t really do U-Haul was great but was put in a bad spot by poor planning by management. The location was ideal but I will drive further to some other place next time.
