I have rented from Uhaul several times a year for more than 30 years. This is the best customer service I have ever received. The Truck was clean and ready to go upon arrival. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond for us. Couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend this place.

Lance NUnfortunately, my reserved truck was not available at my original pick up location. Another nearby location was offered but then quickly changed when the truck battery was found to be dead and apparently unrepairable in time. The Manvel location was over 30 minutes away but had the truck I needed. U-Haul was accommodating by adding to my mileage allowance and providing another day since I was instructed to pick up a day early. The truck and pads were all ready and the after-hours pickup was simple and easy. The downside was the truck only had a quarter tank of gas.
