LAURENCE WDrop off location on marathon was a mess, hardly recognizable as a uhaul location, unmanaged. Confusing parking, other parking area with uhaul trucks not belonging to uhaul location, unclear where to park. Lady at the office was very unprofessional, "inconvenienced" to do her job, gave me a hard time for being a customer. I was having some difficulty returning the truck using the app, I accidentally locked the key in the truck. She was not very customer service oriented. She did a better job of making me feel bad about it than anything else.
