Furniture dolly was not provided after having paid for it, the lock was like rusted, it was very hard to open it. Location was also not very clear.

Change the location to a safer location and be open when the hours on the store say you are open.
Shannon RMaking sure the uhaul are properly cleaned not just the floor where your feet go and the seat. My kid 80% through the trip found a condom under the seat area where her phone dropped. Still haven’t heard back from a manager.
