They charge me extra for some broken glass that was in there when I rented is from the first location. I'm thinking that's how they get over on people. Say for Instant you rent the u haul and glass brokwn in it but you don't clean it out. You turn it in they charge you for not cleaning it out. They don't clean it out so they rent it back out to someone else then they charge you for not cleaning it out. It was dirty when I got it.
