Understaffed and had to wait both times… turn in location charged me an extra $50 for gas (had more gas in it when I dropped off than when I got it) and $1 a mile for over miles… had to drive an extra 20 miles to pick up thre car carrier after I loaded the truck… don’t fall for the price they’ll charge you more after the fact… pathetic… didn’t bother to call me back after I asked about the additional charge to my card

This was the second location. The original location did not have keys in the lockbox for the truck and the location was closed, so I had to call customer service, wait on hold to talk to someone. I spoke to Christy, she was fabulous, very helpful. None of the lockboxs at the first location had keys. We had to go to a different location that had a truck. It was an inconvenience and took an extra hour to get a truck. So, it put us behind an hour.
