Initial booking in person was friendly and fabulous. When I went to pickup the truck I was delayed almost an hour as the app did not provide the option to continue with the code needed to get the keys from the lock box. Thankfully the customer rep I called from Uhaul (as was Sunday) was very friendly and helpful, just took a while to get the app to work properly to allow for proper progression to actually get the key (which had me enter much of my info 2-3 times over). This reduced the time allowed to complete what I needed as a result of time limitations at the pickup site.

The hauling part smelled a little but other then that it was a great thing to do everything I needed to do in one day
