Everything online 24/7 access to rent truck. Everything went fine for a 250 mile move and easy drop off there.
christian bThis location seemed sketchy. There was no signage and the employee told me where to park it and to fill out on the app. Then when I went to find the drop off box, there was none. The employee said we give the key to him. Now today I get a call where they are trying to located the truck.

RONALD MThis location did not place the car on the transporter nor did they make sure my vehicle was secured. They also added insurance to my bill when I opt. out of it. U-Haul customer service over the phone was just as bad. They were no help at all when I asked for assistance on how-to place my vehicle on the transporter and secure it down. If it wasn't for a police officer who pulled me over because he noticed my vehicle coming off the transporter. I am very dissatisfied with how I was treated by uhal.
