Tire pressure alerts were on for the vehicle, there is obviously little or maintenance being conducted. Also this model does not have a ramp. Process to checkout was delayed by several hours, forcing me to call to ensure that I would get a confirmation of my return.
Luis DReservation was for pick up at 8:00am. Staff couldn’t ’check me out’ until 9:30am. I had also done pre-checkin prior to pick up in hopes that checkout was quick
James VI live in Unionville with an arranged Newmarket pick up location which is stupid far enough. Day before pickup location changes to Beeton which is even further with no other option. Completely unacceptable business practice.
