Xiaokai LWhen i got my key i had to try and find the truck at the back of the lot. It had not been cleaned of snow. It would not start so walk all the way back to the showroom. They bring another truck and i drove off. It was not cleaned of snow either and at one point the snow fell unto the windshield and blind me. Truck had good brakes. When i got the contract there was a discrepancy with the amount of gas. To their credit uhaul fixed the problem.
Charles CI booked 2 weeks in advance. The day before pick up I was told that the 15' truck wasnt available at the location at the steeles location i originally set up. Was told i had to drive an extra 30km to Richmond Hill to get a 15' truck. I agreed. On the pick up day i went to Richmond hill location to pick up my truck and it wasnt there. I called customer service and was on hold for 40 minutes. 4 different operators baiscally just hung up on me without saying anything until i finally reached someone who was able to set me up with a 10' at Markham. Overall our move was delayed 2 hours due to terrible service.
PHILIP JThey had no record of my reservation when I got there. Took 45 minutes to finally figure out what truck and equipment I rented. Needed the truck for 12-hours. Dealership is only open 6-hrs on Saturdays. There was no option to choose 12-hrs online. When I returned the truck after about 10-hrs of use, was charged 2 DAYS for the truck and equipment rental!! Also with the extreme wx, was unable to open the bank door of the truck to take the mandatory photo of it open for the online return.
