My only hiccup was them not being there when I got there at 820 which made me have to leave and come back again but once I came back the ladies were very nice and helpful thank you so much

The staff was courteous and efficient. She called and verified the appointment time. She met me, filled out the paperwork, and had me hooked up to the trailer & driving away in 10 minutes.
Greg WThis was a self check out with a drop box for the key. The customer service was easily reachable and very friendly. I called in regards to the pick up and drop off and received immediate service. The equipment was very clean and in good condition. I would recommend this site and would return to rent from them. Meret RIf dealership is offering 24-hour service than the dealership should be open on time every day. Issue: No paperwork or help at the time of picking up the trailer. Several call conversations with the owner I did all the work that should have been done be for the trailer lift the dealership. To say the least it was a shit show. I complained by calling the U-Haul customer service department and to this day I have not heard a thing back from U-Haul as I was told I would be getting a call back to Furter discuss this matter.
