This was a self check out with a drop box for the key. The customer service was easily reachable and very friendly. I called in regards to the pick up and drop off and received immediate service. The equipment was very clean and in good condition. I would recommend this site and would return to rent from them. Thank you!!

If dealership is offering 24-hour service than the dealership should be open on time every day. Issue: No paperwork or help at the time of picking up the trailer. Several call conversations with the owner I did all the work that should have been done be for the trailer lift the dealership. To say the least it was a shit show. I complained by calling the U-Haul customer service department and to this day I have not heard a thing back from U-Haul as I was told I would be getting a call back to Furter discuss this matter.
