The location clearly did not check if the trailer was clean after the prior renter. Whoever used it before me hauled some type of poultry inside, I believe ducks. There was poultry feces on the floor of the trailer. I had to wash out the trailer when I got home. It still smelled pretty bad afterwards.

The cost was supposed to only be $40 based on my reservation and the time I selected and needed. The guy at Ace chose my return time as 4PM the next day, even though I only needed the trailer until for less than 24 hours and would be returning within that timeframe, which then caused me to be charged for 2 rental periods even though I only used 1. Very frustrating and annoying.
Jordan DUhaul system crashed. It took over 90 minutes from the time I arrived before I left. This caused me to be late to the planned item pickup time/location. The rental was a complete waste of money and my time to pick up the trailer and then return. I asked about a refund of some kind at drop off and was told a note would be added to the rental details. If thus is how uhaul operates I will not use them again and will be sure to tell everyone I run into about their system crashes and to stay away. Also, many others in line during the system crash were livid and showed disgust...one individual walked out and said they would find another company to rent equipment from.
