The Mane Barn store on Hwy 431 has no staff or trucks, even though we reserved the truck the night before and requested counter service. The Mane Barn 847 Main St Martin, TN 38237 was delapadated and there were pad locks on all the doors. When I requested a call back the perosn who called me back was rude and hung up on me. I woudl have assumed we just got disconnected but she said, "goodbye!!" and hung up..I did not get her name. I did call back amd spoke with Evette and she was so kind and helpful. She was patient because the codes she had were incorrect and she had to try muliple times to get key codes to assist us.

Yall over charged an lied about the gas mileage
Amanda MThey are not open from 8:00 to 5:00 They forgot to put us as the remote pickup even though no one is at the location. Some of the experience is not their fault. The UHaul automated verification is slow and very unreliable.
David WI reserved a dolly with my truck, but when it was time to pick up the truck, there was no dolly. How do you move without a dolly?
