It was an excellent experience. Using the app helped a lot because I was able to get many things done prior to arrival. When I arrived it was getting the keys and driving away. I highly recommend it.

Alan SThe woman running this location was on her cell phone talking to her toddler throughout the entire pick-up process. It was hard enough to understand her English without someone else talking at the same time. Just very unprofessional. The only reason I used this location is that the truck I needed wasn't available at the Stow location, which I used many times, and have always been quite satisfied.
