The app was not working for checkout so the customer service line was available to coordinate our checkin with confirmation from the very friendly and attentive staff member at the gas station. Very nice vehicle.

The U-Haul vehicle was covered with ice when I picked it up. The attendant didn’t have an ice scraper and when I asked for one he literally didn’t know what an ice scraper was or did. Then he told me I was expected to return all blankets folded as if he wasn’t going to do anything. When I returned the vehicle he was unwilling to come out of his area to assist me in checking it in. I won’t be back. The guy was lazy and uninterested in providing any level of customer service.
