Edward WI rented the vehicle for 4 hours. When I arrived for pickup at 5:25, I was told that they closed at 7:30 and I would have to pay an overnight fee if I didn't have it returned before they closed. I explained that was not outlined when I rented the vehicle. I was responded with, "yeah, I know." Hardly fair that I would be charged this without prior notice on the website.
