The truck was returned with absolutely no damage and you turned in a claim using my insurance- I was told I would get 2 additional days as I drove over an hour to pick up the truck and charged for them- I consider U- haul a crook and will never use your services again and will tell everyone not to use your equipment cause you rip off insurance
