To be honest, the pick up location was fine but I will never do a mobile pick up again or go to a location not open on weekends. This is not about the location but abour U-Haul service.The mobile experience is the absolute pits. If I had to do it again, I would just go with another company. Just have locations open on the weekend when most people need service .It s telling that you do not ask questions about the whole expeince only location.

I went there 3 different times and called 6 times to return the uhaul they were never open so I had to do the after hours drop off. Their sign on the door said that they were open during the hours I went there but the door was locked and no one was available.
