This is not an appropriate drop off location. It was a junk yard full of vehicles and no room to drop off truck. It had to be parked on the side of the busy road in front of business. We will never drop off a UHaul here in the future. Personnel were nice enough but not appropriate for a UHaul drop off location. Very dangerous for a drop off location for the safety of a truck !!!

The service was excellent. The truck was ready and waiting when we got there to pick it up and it was clean. The location was super convenient for us being only a few miles down the road from our home. The staff at JDM was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again if I have need.

WILLIAM Mgave me a truck with 2 completely bald tires, ended up blowing up on the side of the interstate. u-haul lied and said they had dispatched someone to come help me but i was stuck on the side of the interstate for 3 1/2 hours at night. check engine light was on. useless. awful.
