Of all of the U-Haul rentals I have done, this one was the worst. Would I recommend this location, that depends. I went online for the reservation, spoke to the rep at pickup, then when I returned it I found there to be extra charges. Read the receipt prior to leaving! My $18.43 rental charge turned into $47.00. She added a dolly and furniture pads. I told her I was moving soil less than 5 miles. Duh! Oh well.
