it was fine. the staff was very busy serving customers when we arrived and we were instructed to disconnect the equipment in the lot and be free to leave. this left us unsure of whether the transaction was completed, but everything worked out with no problems.

Very pleasant people. Muddy yard parking area was not pleasant.
JOHN RI was contacted and told my preferred location was full. I was given the second location, which was scheduled to open at 10am. I arrived at 11:05am and he place was closed. I dropped the trailer, and left the contract in the drop box. This is the second time that they were closed during business hours, for drop off. Uhaul then called 3 days later asking me to return the equipment. I took s picture this time with location and time stamp.
THOMAS BHave a pick closer to the town they live. There is 2 stores in Douglas Arizona and did not have trucks availabe. We had to pick a truck 20 minutes away from Douglas. The Rep who helped told me that a refrigerator would fit on a 10 ft truck well it didnt. hopefully the next time she is correct with the information she gives out, I did call her back to inform her that the refrigerator does not fit on a 10 ft truck.
