GEORGE MI had to call and get help 3 different times in an hour. The truck wasn’t available where I was first set to pick it up, which made it so inconvenient for me. Also in the first 2 calls to the 24 hour pick up I don’t get informed that I have a balance from 2016.. That delayed me because no one knew why I couldn’t do check in. It was just not a very good experience, and when I had to drop truck off at 2 am the app kept kicking me out making it more difficult to do the return.. I am very disappointed that a 6 hr truck rental turned to 8 hrs and 2 of them were wasted by being on phone trying to figure out why I couldn’t proceed to check in.
Laura MI was charged more than I was quoted, no response when I contacted support with my issue. I will not rent again from UHaul.
