This location was great. U-Haul's mobile check-in service is a joke. This is the second time I've reserved a truck and tried to use your app to check in, years apart, and it wouldn't work either time. Fortunately, someone was on site ready to help me, even though they had already closed, or I would have been out of luck. Your app spins in a circle repeatedly.

I was told the Uhaul computer system was down, so the location was closed. After calling the phone number on the rental form, the business owner did come to tell me what to do, which was helpful. Everything did work out, but there were some moments of wondering what to do.
