The guys at this location could not have been better! They done excellent with the whole rental and return. I could even reach them after their hours. Super kind. However, uhaul itself sucks. I was trying to change my drop off location and nothing shows they're certain hours only that I can speak with someone to do this. I talked to someone on the phone and they didn't have the means to change it, online and thru the app I couldn't change it and it was just after 7 so I was shit out of luck. That cost me a pretty hefty charge to have to go back where I got it all because I couldn't talk to someone to do it for me. If I'm doing all my reservations online I should be able to modify it as well. That needs fixed.

Out of the way. Had rented from a location in Athens, OH. Was called the day before and told there wasn't a 10 foot truck available in Athens so would need to pick up in McArthur. It was a 30 minute trip to the location to turn around and drive 30 minutes back.
Jennifer MGuy didn't want to take the trailer. Said he was full. I said we'll this is my drop off location what am I supposed to do? He ended up taking it
Fredrick LMake sure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good working condition. They couldn't even print me a receipt or give me a copy of my rental contract.
Thomas SLocation signage was offensive. Nothing was ready on arrival. One trailer tire was less than 10 psi. We pumped the tire by hand three times until it finally blew in Texas. The trailer had been previous jackknifed and did not pull straight. The truck had very poor suspension.
