This was a self-pickup because we could not arrive until 6:30pm. The pickup address is 413 Industrial Blvd. This property is so large, the U-Haul was sitting at 507 Industrial Blvd., still a part of Legacy Ford, but the GPS in the U-Haul app kept saying I was at the wrong location. On top of that, the cell service was not good and kept locking up. We ended up having to call U-Haul & he suggested to use the uhaul.com website instead. We had to drive away from the pickup area to get a good signal and the website worked well--but it took us over an hour start-to-finish.
