This location was out in the country down a winding road. The property included various broken down vehicles, 18 wheelers, etc. The "office" was a single wide mobile home with no clear signage of where the main entrance was located. When I arrived, several law enforcement vehicles arrived with lights and sirens. It was a very scary situation. I called the 800 UHaul number about the time a female employee came to my car to get the trailer. I will NEVER agree to return to this location again!!!

JOHN MThe worker at county Rd 341, McKinney told me I'd be fine if I drop off the vehicle at a different location and when I did they charged me 200+ dollars for dropping it off at the wrong location. It is pathetic and a theft of money. I am disappointed
