Trying to navigate your website is a bit difficult. Another customer was there before us for an hour trying to figure out how to get the box code. We were charged an extra $13 for mileage which I understand and agreed to. However, we were supposed to be picking up the truck in Cheney. When I reserved it, there were no messages about it not being available. Instead, we had to pick it up in Medical Lake which caused us to go over in the mileage. I think we should be compensated at least the $13 for your reservation mishap.
