STEVEN BWhen a rental is returned a day early their should be compensation for the customer regardless of whether it is a one way rental. We worked hard to get this truck back early only to find out there is no benefit for us. Sadly we will have to consider other rental options in the future. Unfortunate since we have rented so many times with u-haul...
