Picking up was a terrible experience, the app didn't work and fortunately the online support helped to resolve. It took nearly an hour to pickup using the app. This is my second such experience, we have decided not to rent using the app.

YAUHENI PThe rental was fine until I went to return the truck. I arrived at the location at 1:25 PM only to find a sign on the locked door stating that the representative was showing a unit and would return at 1:35 PM. At 2:05 PM, out of frustration, I dropped the key in the lockbox and left. When I returned home, I called and left a message of the mileage and fuel level and that I had used the lock box. My complaint is that if you state a time of your planned return at least check back at that time to see if anyone needed service before doing something else. In no way would it have taken 40 + minutes to show a storage unit.
