Although the vehicle was clean and in good condition, I did not notice any support accessories for moving like ladder or so in the truck. I'm not sure if it was in the service agreement. Anyways, good service.
Simon PWhen I rented my 26’ truck they only had 1 bag of 6 furniture pads available. I was needing around 24 pads.
MICHAEL BPicking up was a terrible experience, the app didn't work and fortunately the online support helped to resolve. It took nearly an hour to pickup using the app. This is my second such experience, we have decided not to rent using the app.
