Customer service is awful. They charge you for things that never happen. Have a 2 day rental and charge extra days. Watch your fuel hands they lie about where the hand is to make extra money. I've heard things about U-Haul but I didn't realize it was this bad

GRETA SThis location is not fit to rent Uhaul. The customer service is severely lacking. The franchisee is hostile and rude. She assisted from inside of her air conditioned vehicle while I was standing in the sun. I waited 40 minutes for her to arrive. There were boxes, and shoes in the cargo area. I had to have her remove them. Upon returning the truck, a homeless woman accused me of disposing of her items that the nice lady let's her keep in the truck. I was further inconvenienced by having to wait for the second dolly in my order.
Lateefah BA representative needs to be present on the day of pickup.
