The Memphis pickup station and the person who processed my first 26” Truck does not deserve to be part of this Great U-Haul team. The initial process was completely unprofessional not withstanding I made my reservation over a month ago I was delivered the worst truck that was no fit for even a local travel. Whoever processed that doesn’t deserve to be part of U-Haul. Thanks Bethel
