Wendy KEasy to drop-off it was a Sunday and closed but had a key drop-off. Wasn't happy with the extra day charge by uhaul not knowing truch had to be there by 9am. But not drop-off locations fault.
Charles VVery nice people at this location. There was some issues with the jack to raise the trailer, very still and hard to turn. Otherwise equipment was in great shape and made the 1,000 mile trip with no issues. That is a great thing! I was not happy that my original reservation at a location 20 minutes from my home was cancelled. A new reservation was confirmed to this location which was 2 hours from my home. Really no choice as we were moving out of state. Half day wasted getting a car trailer!
