This was a very poor experience, the online services were not working as planned causing me to have double payments holds on my account that day. Once able to access the vehicle no supplies was inside and yet I was charged for supplies and have not been reimbursed, nor received a follow up regarding my claim 5729192. This inconvenience caused me to have to go to another location and pay for supplies then drive back from Elgin, IL to return the supplies because it was not on the scheduled truck. Essentially lost a lot of time, gas, tolls and money. And nothing has been rectified.

I can’t think of anything the Staff was very pleasant, I would definitely recommend folk to use this business
TODD SDidn't seem prepared for pickup. Person who manages rentals not in the office. The staff did help to get everything done but it was not their regular job.
Dennis SI ordered a moving dolly and didn't get one but was billed for it. And the self check-in was a pain and took me 35 minutes and a phone call to get me through it. Plus why did I have to drive 15 minutes to one place because the place 5 minutes away didn't have a 15 truck. You couldn't have drove 1 over in the days prior.
