Answer the phone when called. Have a sign about after hours drop off. Check vehicles in so customers don't get warnings from uhaul that they were late returning vehicles.

I wasn't given any instructions on drop off. Parked the truck and placed the key in an unmarked drop box. ??? Charged an extra 8 miles on a one-way booking. Not sure how a renter is suppose to pick up the truck, drive to their location and collect their items, drive to their new location and drop their items and then return the truck. The distance for the rental is from the original pickup location to the drop location. Ridiculous!
