Was charged for furniture dolly’s which were not in the unit. Unit was dirty and smelled of smoke. Cargo area looked like a dump truck with dirt and leaves in the bed Spoke to customer care, nothing they can do about it, noted on inspection. Elise SI have a concern with this receipt stating that the truck was returned at 3:54 pm. The truck was returned ~10:45. Even though I reserved the truck for 4 hours, it was returned in under 2. The representative stated he could not lower the cost to the two hour use rate. I find this very displeasing that U-Haul would treat customers this unfairly. I ensured the truck returned exactly the same as when I picked it up. Please ensure the correct return time is recorded so you can an accurate record of this transaction.
