20 foot truck with only 24,000 miles should have been nice, but it reeked of cigarette smell. Also very filthy inside. I had to clean every surface including removing fake dirty fingernails from cup holders. Could not get rid of the cigarette smell. I have rented U-hauls in past and they were fine. Would not recommend this pickup location. Truck should have been thoroughly cleaned before pickup. Also, needed ozone treatment or something else that may have cut down on cigarette smell.

Joseph BIt is the worst place to rental Uhaul in Merritt Island. The price is so high and when I returned the location that he asked me to bring the truck and they still charged extra money as the location which is in the paperwork written. I will warning all my friends and colleges know about your service Uhaul in Merritt Island. I am very disappointment with overall your service. Please refund all my money charged extra on my account back as soon as possible. Otherwise, i will dispute directly with my bank card.
