I was very happy with a gentleman named Joe or possibly Joey who was very helpful in taking care of me needs. He walked me through everything and took the time to help me with getting my rental straight. When I returned he helped me again with a caring positive attitude. Upon returning I had a billing issue and he immediately helped me resolve it. Excellent customer service which is very refreshing and uncommon these days.

Gene EUseless. No facility, never anyone there, cellphone signal too week for app to work, lock on rear to get key is crap, took 15 mins to get it to open... while being out in the rain. Same problem trying to open again to unload the truck. Lock on passenger door was trashed and could not have key inserted.
