Was hard to find entrance. I was early and couldn’t tell where the front door was. Had a security door that rolled over it.
BETTY LCab of the van was covered in dust. I had to throw away fingernail clippings. It obviously wasn't cleaned. Then they charged me a cleaning fee after I turned it in.
Joshua HEverything was great. I just want to get in and out quickly.
NANCY BPicking up the U-Haul was delightful, U-Haul was not clean on the inside however. When I returned the U-Haul that was the unpleasant experience. The male cashier or rep was rude and snarky. Not a pleasant experience.
