EUGENE Mthis was dropped off in texas at Garys gun and Pawn as i originally asked and rented it for. It was supposed to be dripped on thursday. but was marked for wednesday by the place in arizona, so i was charged for the extra day.
DAVID RAdded on Safe Tow coverage without my permission. I selected to skip all coverages when I booked online however it was added without my consent. The individual was friendly however it did take quite a while for a fully online booked rental that I even completed the check in process in advance. Overall not a good experience plus additional charges that I did not authorize.
