The online rep I talked with told me that they would be able to apply my 20$ voucher I got from my last experience with you U-Haul that was less than stellar. But I was told she couldn’t apply it and that when I drop it off they could. Well the drop off location said they couldn’t apply it either.
JEFFREY TI had a blow out on one of the trailer tires. After the tire was replaced the other side was also low on air. I would think this would have been verified before I took the trailer. Maybe it was I don’t know. This cost me 2 hours of delay. Rays that replaced the tire was great. We finally made it to our destination.
TODD VI scheduled a pick up for 2:00 and was there 10 minutes before the scheduled time was told that I would have to wait for the girl that does that gets back. I was told she would be there shortly but I had to wait until 2:30 before she arrived then when she did arrive she was very rude
LESLIE JWhen I got to my new home 900 miles away, the operator there discovered the trailer they gave me had an almost completely bald tire. And they knew it was a long-distance one-way rental. It was the outer left tire, so it was obvious. My fault, I trusted them.
