The person in the store was late. I had to wait out in the sun (96 degrees ) for an hour for them to arrive. When they did arrive they told I couldn't rent the u hual I paid for and reserved and that I had to call the main line and talk to them. After I got that sorted out and was about to get my U-hual ( mind you I've been waiting close to an hour and fourty five minutes at this point) it was missing all the equipment I reserved. When I went back inside, I was told "dont have it, call the main line". I was two hours late into starting my move. Most people who were willing help couldn't stay to help the whole time because no one expected to have a 2 hour delayed start. And was left to move everything by myself towards the end.
