I booked a truck and help for loading & unloading threw U-Haul. I talked with the guy that was going to help with that to confirm. I picked up truck and waited to here or see the help for the move. NO SHOW ! I called 3 times and left massages with no return call. I returned truck seeing it was no use to me. I Requested a refund for the moving service and the cost of the truck rental. I'm waiting to hear back from the Reginal Manager about the truck rental. Also, My truck pickup location changed 3 times before I picked the truck up. I feel I should be refunded the Whole amount for the truck including Gas, I had put $4 into the tank for the short time I drove from and to the rental place.
