I recommend you try better to meet your guarantee of reservation. I was transferred to 3 different facilities before I settled for one that was almost 50 miles away and 3 hours later than my original pick up time. My original reservation was 4 miles from my home at 7am. Moving is stressful but U haul makes it 10 times harder by all this shuffling. It’s not just the truck, it’s movers that you have to reschedule. There’s got to be a better way to keep from destroying your customer service. The truck was great but customer service needs an over haul. I am sure you have heard this story a thousand times as this is very similar to what happened to me the last time I rented from U-Haul.
