I rented a truck for a couple days and each day then I kept extending it. I’m 100% sure that I extended it for one more day. And I get a call from a district manager telling me that the truck should’ve been back in returns. I told him I know last night I extended it and went through. Now I like you to prove me wrong in the past week how many times has your computer system gone down for U-Haul. So be honest about it so maybe I did extend it so the next morning or that 12 noon I get a call from somebody telling me it’s supposed to be back and I told them that I went online. It was approved extended. So you don’t think maybe it was your system. But in Belford, New Jersey dressers, automotive and Belford motor company both of them rent the U-Haul they’re unbelievable. The one in Middletown on route 35 New Jersey it was the worst experience ever, and I only went back there because they finally fired the person that was running the place. And a gentleman that’s running it now was unbelievably friendly. Nice made simple for me now if we could just have you know the corporation stop getting the computer shut down and other just calling you up and complaining it’ll be OK.
PETER TWe rent from U-Haul at least 12 times a year. This was the worse time check in. We waited 44 minutes to check in. The women at the counter was the worst.
