Me hicieron ir a buscar y a entregar el camión a otro pueblo que no es el mio ,no me dejaron entregarlo en mi pueblo .Lo considero una perdida de tiempo gasolina y dinero extra para mi pudiendo yo deharlo a una milla de mi casa

I had to put gas in the vehicle when I picked it up and when I dropped it off. No dolley was available at that location. Was charged at that location and picked up from a different location.

CHANELY BOwner was rude and he charged me for a kid dolly and when asked about it got told to go use or leave it I don’t fucking care. Then when I called U-Haul to let them know nothing was done this was a big deal if they treat people like this they shouldn’t be allowed to rep U-Haul. And after ever I was still charged for the dolly!
